About This Product

The PL-211 top labeling machine is applicable to various types of labels. Its human-logic control system integrating a PLC and CPU synchronously controls the operating speed of the entire machine, enabling stable application at both low and high speeds. The PL-211 is the most widely used labeling machine, featuring a system design that is easy to adjust, quick product line changeover, and no complicated parts replacement, ensuring high stability and reliable application. As for the control interface, the human-logic control design combined with a touchscreen allows easy operation even by non-specialist personnel. In addition, the built-in work guidance enables troubleshooting, allowing new products to be introduced to the production line quickly. The additional functions provided by the design allow line management and quality control. The square stainless steel stand design, with casters and fixing pads, maintains stability, takes up little space, and is easy to move; the quiet, wide conveyor can be easily adjusted up and down and installed anywhere on the production line, improving efficiency either as a standalone unit or as part of a production line. Features

■Built-in Learning and Troubleshooting Functions

The built-in operation learning function allows operators to learn while following on-screen instructions, minimizing operator training time and improving productivity through flexible personnel management. The built-in fault elimination function allows troubles to be cleared in a short time, avoiding losses due to production line stoppages.

■30 Sets of Parameter Setting and Reading Functions

Memory for 30 sets of label parameters enables quick production line changeover and reduces parameter setup time. Even non-production-line personnel can operate it quickly.

■Eight-Step Synchronized Speed Control

Select a speed button directly to obtain the required speed clearly and quickly.

■Labeling Delay Function

The labeling timing can be finely adjusted. Labels can be applied accurately in the intended position by setting directly from the panel, without adjusting the machine's camera.

■Label Length Setting

The label length can be set by fine-tuning with buttons or by entering the length directly.

■Clear and Simple Operation

Easy operation in combination with the large PLC touchscreen.

■Missing Label Detection Function

The label roll monitoring function detects application omissions.
