About This Product

■FeaturesThis is a device that allows you to easily measure the effective hardened layer depth and hardness transition curve of heat-treated hardened layers.
・Hardness is measured by the change in the half-width (half-width) of the X-ray diffraction intensity distribution.
- Reduces man-hours for pre-treatment processes such as resin filling and mirror polishing.
・Reduces the labor required for inspection and the cost of consumables such as abrasives and resin.
- Place the cut sample with the measurement side facing down and adjust the position using the microscope image.
・By starting the measurement, the effective hardened layer depth and hardness transition curve can be automatically measured.
- Automatic judgment of OK/NG based on "hardness" and "depth" is possible.
