■Achieves high-precision discrimination with a resolution of 4 μmHigh resolution of 4μm (64 times on average) enables highly accurate positioning and dimension determination.

■Adopts a class 1 laser with an emphasis on safetySince it uses a class 1 laser (IEC / EN / JIS / GB), there is no need for safety measures, so you can use it with confidence just like a photoelectric sensor.

■Long distance detectionAchieved long-distance detection of 500mm for HL-T1005A (F) and HL-T1010A (F) and 2m for HL-T1001A (F).

■Highly accurate discrimination of slight differences in light intensityThe laser line sensor HL-T1 series can detect slight differences in light intensity, making it possible to reliably distinguish between light and dark glass. Also, since the amount of incident light can be displayed as a percentage, it is also possible to judge the transmittance.

■Minimum detectable object φ8μm HL-T1001ALaser light with a beam diameter of φ1mm makes it possible to detect minute objects on the micrometer order, such as bonding wires.
