■Very small size volume ratio *Approx. 50% reduction

By applying new semiconductor packaging technology that can be mounted without wire bonding, we have achieved the thinnest 3mm body. It can be installed in narrow spaces where only fiber heads could previously be installed. Also, since it has a built-in amplifier and does not require an amplifier, it does not take up much space. *Compared to EX-10 series

■Minute object detection

- Capable of detecting minute objects ø0.3 mm without a slit [EX-Z11□]: A slit is built into the front of the sensor body. Achieved detection of a minimum diameter of ø0.3 mm without the need for a separately sold slit. - Capable of detecting minute objects ø1.0 mm over long distances [EX-Z13□]: By using a "high-brightness 4-element red LED," the amount of light emitted is stable over the long term and the amount of light is also increased. Despite their extremely small size, both flat ON and side ON types can detect minute objects as small as ø1.0 mm over a long distance of 500 mm. In addition, the spot light is clearly visible, making it easy to confirm the detection position.

■Can be used in various scenes

・Flexible cable type - All model lineup: Flexible cable type with even higher bending resistance is available for all models. You can choose according to your needs. In addition, the standard type also has the same lead wire diameter, but has a cable outer diameter of ø2.0mm, which is thinner than the EX-10 series, making cable routing easier. - Protection structure IP67: The protection structure is IP67, so you can rest assured even on lines that are exposed to water. In addition, both the sensor mounting bracket and screws are made of rust-resistant stainless steel. Note: Water may be detected if it gets wet during detection.

■Options

Extensive range of mounting hardware: A rear mounting spacer (1 type), which is convenient for detecting through walls, and sensor mounting brackets (3 types) are also available, expanding the range of sensor installation options.
