■Adoption of SUS body. Hard to break even if bumped during installation or maintenance. [Transparent type M6 head ON type LS-H101]

- Adopts M6, 1-point fastening: Easy to install structure. ・Achieved a detection distance of 1m (in amplifier response time STD mode)

■Achieves protection structure IP67. It can be used even in sites where there is a lot of water or dust. [Transparent square side ON type LS-H102]

・Achieved a detection distance of 1m: (In amplifier response time STD mode) Achieved a detection distance that can accommodate 450mm wafers. - Easy positioning: The optimal light receiving position can be confirmed at a glance while looking at the red spot reflected on the optical axis adjustment screen. ・Two-point fastening: Same shape as the ultra-compact laser sensor EX-L200 transmission type with built-in amplifier. Can be used as a digital display type of EX-L200. It also has a structure that reduces bends, similar to the EX-L200.
