■Designed a new optical system with a mirror installed inside.

In general, by increasing the optical path length between the light receiving section and the light receiving element (CMOS), more accurate and stable measurement values ​​can be obtained, but on the other hand, the depth of the sensor becomes longer and the shape of the body becomes larger. The HG-C series has designed a new optical system with a mirror installed inside, achieving both a short dimension in the depth direction and high measurement accuracy comparable to that of a displacement sensor.

■Uses an aluminum die-cast case that protects the body from distortion and temperature.

Adopts an aluminum die-cast case that is both light and strong. The compact yet robust body reduces instability in measurement accuracy due to case distortion and temperature. <Overwhelmingly stable detection> Achieves high precision detection on the order of 1/100mm

■Equipped with high-precision CMOS image sensor & unique algorithm

By using a high-precision CMOS image sensor, which is also used for displacement sensors, and our unique algorithm cultivated through displacement sensors, we have achieved high-precision measurement on the order of 1/100 mm, which is not possible with conventional distance setting reflective sensors.
