■The birth of a laser sensor with a built-in ultra-compact amplifier

With a dedicated custom IC and optical design, we have achieved high precision detection in an ultra-compact size while taking advantage of the excellent directivity and visibility unique to lasers. In addition, the laser uses safe class 1 (IEC/EN/JIS/GB/KS/FDA). Can be used in any environment or region. Transparent type (EX-L211/EX-L212)

■Minute object detection type (EX-L211)

The light beam is widened and the beam density is lowered to reduce the amount of light that wraps around, so even slight changes in light intensity due to minute objects are not overlooked. Spot size: Approximately 6 x 4 mm (typical example based on visual observation at a distance of 1 m)

■Long distance detection type (EX-L212)

Highly accurate detection with minimal light looping is possible even for long-distance detection of 3m. Spot size: Approximately 8 x 5.5 mm (typical example based on visual observation at a distance of 1 m) Mirror reflective type (EX-L291)

■Long distance detection type

Achieves long-distance detection of 4m and good workability. Spot size: Approximately 6 x 4 mm (typical example based on visual observation at a distance of 1 m) Spot reflective type (EX-L221)

■Minute object detection type

High accuracy to detect gold wire with a minimum diameter of ø0.01mm. With a detection distance of 300mm, it can be used in a wide range of applications. Spot size: ø1mm or less (typical example with a distance of 300mm) Limited reflective type (EX-L261/EX-L262)

■Spot type (EX-L261)

High accuracy to detect gold wire with a minimum diameter of ø0.01mm. It is less susceptible to background effects and can stably detect objects with uneven color. Spot size: ø1mm or less (typical example with a distance of 50mm)

■Line spot type (EX-L262)

The line-shaped spot allows detection of thin workpieces and workpieces with glossy or curved surfaces. Spot size: approx. 5 x 1 mm (typical example based on visual observation at a distance of 50 mm) Micro object detection type (EX-L211/EX-L221)

■ Sharp, high-precision detection

Ideal for positioning and detecting minute objects. Achieves repeatability of 0.02mm or less (typical example, EX-L221) from 100mm to 200mm, making it ideal for positioning. Additionally, it boasts top-class accuracy in the small laser sensor category, such as being able to detect gold wire with a diameter of ø0.01mm.
