About This Product

Tor Damper® NL⁻60 is an adhesive belt-shaped sealant. The main component is butyl rubber, which is compounded with tackifiers, magnesium hydroxide, etc. Butyl rubber is in an unvulcanized state and has excellent self-adhesion properties. It has excellent workability on both flat and curved surfaces. Especially since it contains a large amount of aluminum hydroxide, it has excellent flame retardancy.

■Features・Flame retardant type, with extremely high flame retardant effect (oxygen index 32.7)
・It has excellent adhesion and adheres well to all substrates, and there is no separation or slump due to vibration.
・Non-drying and permanently retains flexibility on both surface and inside.
・Excellent cold and heat resistance.
・Harmless and non-irritating to the skin.
・Excellent water resistance, almost no water absorption.
- Extremely chemically stable over long periods of time.
・Excellent flame retardancy.

■Applications・Vibration control and insulation seals for refrigerators, air conditioners, etc.
・Vibration damping and soundproofing of machine tools, etc.
