■ Overview
Jink black is a repair paint of steel material that has been treated with low glossy treatment (zinc plating phosphate). Low glossy processing (zinc plating phosphate treatment) is a molten zinc plating (reduction of gloss), luxury (improvement of design), environmental harmony, adhesion of coating as a painted base, and improvement of adhesion. This is a chemical process for the purpose. For the chemical processing, the finished color changes slightly depending on the steel ingredient and plating temperature conditions. In addition, since the brightness of the steel itself is low, scratches and the like become more noticeable.
As of these repair paints, jin black has been developed. Toning according to the color of the site, we offer both types of air zol spray and brush paint. The color tone can be made to order from N3.0 to N6.0. Because it contains zinc, it has rust prevention power, but the color tone changes depending on the amount of black (carbon), so the zinc content in the dried coating varies depending on the product.
