About This Product

■Features

- 5g bag with film on the front and clean paper on the back. - Absorbs moisture from the clean paper surface on the back side. - Antistatic type, so it can be used for electronic parts. ・Moisture absorption rate is faster than that of a full-surface film desiccant. ・Since one side is film, it is hard to tear and prevents scattering. ・As it is a transparent film, it is easy to check moisture absorption. (Moisture absorption: Green grains change to yellow)

■Silica gel desiccant can be used in clean rooms.

Generally sold silica gel desiccants generate a large amount of dust. "Clean Silica Gel Desiccant" is used in environments where dust should not be generated, such as in clean rooms. - Clean paper (dust-free paper) and antistatic film are used for the exterior, which strongly suppresses dust generation. - By using dust-free paper, the moisture absorption speed is improved compared to general silica gel desiccant. ・The film surface uses an antistatic type, which, together with the dust-free paper surface, prevents static electricity buildup. ・Since a film is used on one side, it is difficult to tear and prevents silica gel from scattering in the unlikely event. - You can definitely check the moisture absorption state of the product by looking at the colored particles of silica gel from the film surface (changes from green to yellow). - Can be used safely in clean rooms and for static electricity countermeasures.

■Cobalt-free silica gel desiccant SC-EXF

- 75 x 51 mm (5 g) are individually packaged in a moisture-proof can, and you can use as many pieces as you need. ・The surface is an antistatic transparent film, and the back is antistatic dust-free paper. ・Moisture is absorbed faster from the dust-free paper surface than general products with full-surface film. ・Since it is a single-sided film, it is hard to tear and prevents silica gel from scattering in the unlikely event. ・This product is designed to prevent static electricity. - Moisture absorption can be confirmed with a cobalt-free green particle indicator. (When it absorbs moisture, it changes from green to yellow)
