About This Product

■Features

・Three-layer polyolefin film prevents chemical leakage. ・The film stretches well and fits on any surface. - Can be cut by hand, so no knife is required. ・A tape that has moderate adhesive strength and leaves little adhesive residue. ・The plastic core does not generate paper dust. ・Each roll is double wrapped in clean packaging.

■Applications

・As an adhesive tape to keep in the clean room. ・Can be used for all kinds of purposes as it does not scatter chemicals or dust. - As a temporary adhesive tape with little adhesive residue. ・As an adhesive tape that requires fit and elasticity.

■Adhesive tape that is clean from chemical leakage, dust generation, and adhesive residue

General adhesive tapes that generate paper dust are not brought into the clean room. Use this "Super Clean Tape" when using it in a clean room. This product uses a "resin core" and a "polyolefin film" to suppress dust generation. Additionally, a three-layer coextruded film is used as the base material for the adhesive tape, ``polyolefin film.'' It has excellent elasticity and fit, and also prevents chemical substances from leaking from inside the film material. Furthermore, each roll is dust-free clean packed (double wrapped), so once the outer bag is opened, the inner bag is clean, so it can be stored in a clean room while still packed in the bag. This is a super clean tape that minimizes "dust" and "leakage of chemical substances" that have a negative impact on products. It can be kept in a clean room and used with peace of mind.
