About This Product

■Features

・Uses silicone adhesive and is heat resistant up to approximately 220℃. ・Compliant with flame retardant standard UL-510FR. ・Compliant with insulation standard UL-E230272. - Adopts a clean room compatible resin core and does not generate dust. ・Uses adhesive that prevents adhesive residue, making it suitable for temporary fixing. ・High strength, hard to tear, and excellent chemical resistance.

■Applications

・Heat-resistant masking tape used in clean rooms. - As an insulating/temporary adhesive tape used at high temperatures. ・For solder masking of printed circuit boards. - For work processes that require chemical resistance.

■Clean polyimide adhesive tape with excellent high temperature resistance and insulation properties

Do not bring general polyimide tape (Kapton), which generates dust, into the clean room. Use this "clean polyimide tape" when using it in a clean room. This product uses a clean room resin core for the winding core, which suppresses dust generation in clean rooms. The base material of the adhesive tape is polyimide, and the adhesive is silicone adhesive. It has high temperature resistance of approximately 220℃ (continuous) and leaves no adhesive residue, so it can be used for high-temperature masking and temporary fixing. Furthermore, it has excellent insulation properties (compliant with UL-E230272 standards) and excellent flame retardancy. A polyimide tape that can be safely used in clean rooms and has excellent heat resistance and insulation properties. *If static electricity countermeasures are required, please use ESD antistatic polyimide tape.

■Insulating clean polyimide adhesive tape TW-KPT

- High strength, tear resistance, and excellent chemical resistance. ・It has high flame retardancy and complies with UL-510FR standard. ・Has high insulation performance and complies with UL-E230272 standard. ・Uses silicone adhesive and has excellent heat resistance (approximately 220℃). ・The clean room compatible plastic core does not generate paper dust. -Uses adhesive that leaves little adhesive residue. If static electricity countermeasures are required, use antistatic heat-resistant tape.
