About This Product

■Features

・Uses antistatic adhesive and conductive PET, so no static electricity is generated. ・There is no peeling charge when the tape is peeled off. ・Easy to distinguish from regular products with ESD static electricity countermeasure mark. ・Excellent surface resistance value of 109 (Ω) or less. - Superior strength and heat resistance compared to cellophane tape, etc. ・Double packed in a clean room (clean pack).

■Applications

・As an adhesive tape for use in clean rooms. ・Can be used in electronic parts work where static electricity is averse/ESD countermeasures are possible. ・As a tape for use in conductive bags and materials. ・Thorough quality control is possible with the static electricity countermeasure mark. ・When you do not want the tape to attract surrounding powder or dust. ・As an adhesive tape that does not generate static electricity when peeled off.

■Clean room compatible conductive PET adhesive tape (clean pack product)

General products that do not have static electricity countermeasures are not used in clean rooms because they attract dust and dust. When bringing adhesive tape into a clean room, use this "conductive adhesive tape for clean rooms." This product uses a resin core and conductive PET film. The ESD countermeasure mark (conductive material mark) is displayed on the surface of the conductive tape, making it easy to distinguish it from regular products and allowing it to be used safely in clean rooms. This product uses antistatic adhesive, so no static electricity will be generated when the tape is removed. In other words, it can be used for electronic equipment work that requires ESD countermeasures. Tapes with grid marks to prevent static electricity enable thorough quality control.
