About This Product

1-component polyurethane sealant

■Features

・Formaldehyde-free, xylene-free, toluene-free type ・Non-bleed type that does not stain paint ・A one-component cartridge type, giving good workability ・No foaming during curing, so surface finishing is easy and the finish is clean ・Cures relatively quickly at temperatures of 5°C or above ・Low modulus with excellent elastic recovery ・Can be overcoated with various emulsion paints and polyurethane paints

■Applications

・Sealing of various joints in fiber-reinforced cement siding, ALC, and PC panels ・Repair of cracks in concrete ・Tile joints

■Handling Precautions

・Please read the precautions printed on the product before use. ・When used in exterior joints, paint the surface to supplement weather resistance. Depending on the type of paint, adhesion may be poor or staining may occur, so check in advance. ・Oil-based paints (synthetic resin blended paints) cannot be used. ・When painting, do so 7 to 15 days after application. (Paint after complete curing) ・Use the correct dedicated primer according to the material of the adherend.

■Health and Safety Precautions

・Ventilate thoroughly during use. ・Take care not to let it touch the skin directly; if it does, wipe it off with a rag or similar and then wash it off thoroughly with soap or similar. ・If it accidentally gets in the eyes, immediately rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical examination/treatment.

■Storage Precautions

・Store out of direct sunlight in a cool place with low humidity (20°C or below) . ・Store out of the reach of children. ・Any leftover sealant will cure, so once opened, use it up promptly. ・Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture (5 to 35°C)
