About This Product

JAVIC's JSA-014Mass type air leak detector is a new type of air leak tester that uses a digital mass flow sensor to measure the flow rate and achieves a more accurate air leak test than conventional pressure sensor models. By adopting a mass flow sensor, there is no need to calculate and preset the internal volume of the test object and the volume of the test piping, which was necessary with conventional pressure sensor models, and it is possible to easily switch to a different type of workpiece test. In addition, since it measures the mass flow rate flowing out from the target specimen rather than the pressure, it is possible to deal with "apparent leaks" that occur due to workpiece deformation while applying air pressure. It boasts high repeatability even when measuring products or products with relatively large capacity. The built-in mass flow sensor is a digital mass flow sensor that applies semiconductor technology, features high accuracy and high display resolution (minimum: 0.05ml/min), and is a N.I.S.T (National Institute of Standards and Technology) calibration certified product. Operation is via a touch panel interface, making various settings easy, and up to 99 measurement conditions can be saved.

・Direct reading measurement of mass flow rate using digital mass flow sensor ・Compatible pressure range: 20 to 600kPa (standard product) ・Easy to set and operate with touch panel interface - Capable of drawing measured value graphs in real time ・Test results can be saved in the device's internal memory and can be taken out from the USB slot. ・Testing is easy with just one switch and operates fully automatically until the end of the test. ・Built-in mass flow sensor has been calibrated and certified by N.I.S.T (National Institute of Standards and Technology) - Can be operated from a PLC using external input/output terminals ・No master work is required, and no need to set or calculate the internal volume of the work. ・Up to 99 measurement conditions can be saved
