About This Product
■ Overview
It is an oil -free boos compressor that can increase compressed air with low pressure (0.2 to 0.5MPa) up to 1.4 to 2.0 MPa. It is a package type with excellent quietness.
■ Use
An oil -free boo -star compressor that can increase compressed air and nitrogen gas up to 1.4 to 2.0 MPa with low pressure (0.2 ~ 0.5MPa). Discounted compressed air does not contain oil mist, so it is recommended for applications that dislike the adhesion of oil.
* Please contact some parts because it is necessary to customize some parts when nitrogen gas is raised.
■ Features
・ Up to 2.0 MPa can be raised to 2.0MPa while oil -free machines
・ The driving sound is quiet because it is a package type
・ Control pressure can be easily set. Energy saving is possible by lowering the upper limit pressure according to the necessary pressure
・ Since the compressed air does not waste (do not exhaust), the operating rate of Omoto's compressor does not increase compared to the pressure -increased valve.
・ Since lubricating oil is not used, daily oil inspection is not required
・ Since lubricating oil is not used, it can supply clean air
・ Because the lubricating oil is not used, it is easy to treat drainage without oil in the drain water.
■ Notes
・ The amount of air discharge is the average value that is converted to the amount of air to be exhaled at the maximum pressure to the sucking state (air pressure). Please contact us for the warranty value.
-The noise value is measured in the non -sound room at the time of the total load, so the noise value varies depending on the customer's usage environment.
