About This Product
■ Overview
An oil -free boos compressor that can compress low pressure (0.1 to 0.6MPa) compressed air and nitrogen gas from 0.95 to 1.0MPa. It is optimal for replacing the repression valve, and can reduce energy consumption by replacement.
■ Use
Oil -free boo -star compressor ( *) that can increase compressed air and nitrogen gas with low pressure (0.1 to 0.6MPa) to up to 0.95 to 1.0 MPa. It is optimal for replacing the repression valve, and can reduce energy consumption by replacement. Discounted compressed air does not contain oil mist, so it is recommended for applications that dislike the adhesion of oil.
* Please contact some parts because it is necessary to customize some parts when nitrogen gas is raised.
■ Features
・ The size is small and can be installed beside the devices that require high pressure.
・ The driving sound is quiet because the power part is covered with a package.
・ Because the compressed air is not wasted (does not exhaust), energy -saving does not increase the operating rate of Omoto compressor compared to the pressurizing valve.
・ The maintenance cycle is longer than that of the pressurization valve.
・ Since lubricating oil is not used, daily oil inspection is not required.
・ Since lubricating oil is not used, clean air can be supplied.
・ Because the lubricating oil is not used, drainage treatment is easy without oil in the drain water.
