Micro Hon Array quickly creates detailed noise maps of various noise sources. It offers a wide range of lineups that support various applications, from two microphone units to hundreds of microphone arrays. For specific applications, we will support the structure of total systems, including arrays, analysis software, positioning systems, robots, etc. so that the customization project department meets your requirements. This example includes a measurement system for detecting the sound leakage of a hearing aid composed of one reference microphone and a robot control microphone, and a measurement system used for quality control during industrial transformers. ■ Important factors to consider when selecting an appropriate array ・ Environment (cabin interior, indoor, outdoors, underwater) ・ Interest frequency range ・ Space resolution required for noise maps ・ Distance to noise source (short -range or long -distance field) ・ Type of sound source (steady or moved) ■ Spilateral array (use: inside the cabin, indoor) The spherical beam forming offers a noise map in all directions in all sound environments based on a simple measurement. We use algorithm (Sharp) based on spherical harmony functions. ■ Planar wheel array (use: indoor, outdoors) Innovative wheel arrays are provided in many diameter and microphone configurations, depending on the application. These are used in combination with the Pulse beam forming software to maintain the ease of use and operability to create optimal results. ■ Folding type array (use: outdoors) Folding arrays are easy to transport, so they are suitable for measuring large outdoor sound sources. You can use it completely flat, or add an angle to the arm to make it a funnel -shaped array, and reduce the unrelated noise from the rear of the array to up to 10 dB according to the frequency. ■ Hand Held Array (Use: inside the cabin, indoor) Hand Held Array measures a sound field close to the sound source. It can be used for measurements in places where space is limited, such as sound leakage detection in vehicles and complicated machines, and conflict mapping. ■ Grid array (use: indoor) Regular lattice of acoustic transduca (microphones or hydrophone) is most often used to measure a steady sound field near the testing object.
