About This Product

■Features

・We inspect the electrical characteristics of all LED chips supplied in bulk, align their polarity, align them in one direction, and insert them into the carrier tape. ・Image detection is performed to determine posture/flaws from the top surface within the carrier tape, and only good products are heat-pressed with cover tape and wound onto a reel. ・After inserting the tape, there is a function to automatically replace items that fail image inspection.
