About This Product

When multiple units are connected, the power supply and communication lines can also be connected, so it is a compact communication type temperature control unit that can omit the wiring to individuals.

■ System configuration
Up to 31 NCL-13A can be connected via our communication converter (IF-400), and monitor and setting can be performed.
IF-400 can be used not only as a communication converter but also as a repeater. As a result, the NCL-13A can be connected up to 95 units (up to 4.8km communication line).

Monitor software SWM-NCL01M is available for the NCL-13A monitor and settings.

17.5 x 75 x 85mm (W x H x D) and compact. Easy to attach to the DIN rail and can effectively use small machinery and control boards.

■ Navigation wiring, labor saving
The main unit has a power supply, control unit, and communication unit, so it can be operated by itself. When multiple units are used, the power supply and communication line adopt a connected method using the connector (bath plug) on ​​the side to achieve a ministry wiring.

■ Multi input, high -speed sampling
A total of 18 types: thermoelectric vs (10 types), measuring temperature resistors (2 types), DC current (2 types), and DC voltage (4 types). In addition to temperature control of injection molding machines, extruders, bags, packaging machines, dryers, electric furnaces, etc., it can also support various processes that make use of the high speed of 0.25 seconds in input sampling cycle.

■ Enriched communication function
The communication protocol uses the world standard Modbus protocol (Modbus ASCII, Modbus RTU) as our standard and field network. The equipment number is set with a rotary switch, and the communication protocol can be easily selected with a dip switch.

■ Monitor software
The monitor software SWM-NCL01M has a specification setting and a lump-sum setting function in addition to the batch display, one channel display, data roaging.
