About This Product

A digital instruction adjustment meter with a compact body, a simple program function and a simple conversion device function.

・ 4 digits LED display

■ Small sizeCompact with 48 × 24 × 98.5mm (W × H × D).

■ Multi inputA total of 18 types: thermoelectric vs (10 types), measuring temperature resistors (2 types), DC current (2 types), and DC voltage (4 types). In addition to temperature control of injection molding machines, extruders, bags, packaging machines, dryers, electric furnaces, etc., it can also support various processes that make use of the high speed of 0.25 seconds in input sampling cycle.

■ Event output 2 pointsEquipped with two events output (relay contact, open collector) standard equipment. You can select a key operation from the alarm operation, the timer function, and the pattern end function.

■ Simple program controller functionEquipped with 1 pattern/9 -step program controller function. Simple program control can be performed.

■ Conversion device functionThe signal of the thermoelectric dating, the measured temperature resistor, the DC current, and the DC voltage input is converted to a 4-20mA DC that is insulated and outputs.

■ Digital input (DI)SV1/SV2 external switching function, OUT/OFF (Run/STOP) external switching function, timer function can be selected by key operation.

・ Timer function: When the input signal from the outside is entered, the timer measurement is started, and the operation output of ON delay, OFF delay, or ON/OFF delay is turned on after the delay tyima set time (delay operation is the operation operation. You can choose by key operation).

■ Drip -proof / dustproof structureIt is an front IP66 structure that can be used in a harsh environment where dust and water is applied.

■ Serial communication (optional)The communication protocol uses the world standard Modbus protocol (Modbus ASCII, Modbus RTU) as our standard and field network. Equipment number and communication protocol can be selected by key operation.

■ Monitor softwareThe monitor software SWM-JCL01M has functions such as collective display, 1 channel display, and data logging.
