About This Product
The diamond/CBN centerless wheel is three points: a fixed blade (supported blade), a grinding whetstone and a adjusted whetstone that does not make a center hole in the coded material using a mental grinder (centerless grinder). It is a wheel that cuts the outer periphery of a rotating cylindrical covering material. Since the covering material is not retained or fixed with a chuck, etc., there is no installation or removal process, and the productivity is increased accordingly.
CBN Centerless Wheels are used for processing at the time of needle bearings and processing punch molds. The diamond centerless wheels are used for grinding of the carbide round bars and ceramic round bars, which are materials for rotating tools such as drills and end mills. In addition to Centerless Wheels, we also provide Centerless Blade (support blade) and adjustment vehicles (adjusted whetstones).
