About This Product
A diamond pellet wheel suitable for flattening a large area with a vertical rotary flat grinder. By arranging pellets, the grinding solution (coolant) to the processing point can be improved, reducing the heat damage of both processing work and grinding wheels by processing heat. It can be applied with various resin bonds, metal bonds, and vitrafide bonds. Diamond pellet gliding (DPG) processing pellets for processing are also provided.
■ Features
・ Pellets can be replaced, reusing the base money and replacing the pellets, reducing wheel costs.
・ Metal bonds can further improve the processing efficiency by applying pellet wheels in "Metalex" wheels suitable for high -efficiency grinding.
・ In resin bond, a cross -pereal with a cross -grooved groove can be applied. The cross groove can further improve the area around the grinding solution and improve the processing efficiency.
