About This Product

■ Easy programming automatic calibration

・ AM-DESK, designed by PLC and servo mechanism system, can achieve a programmable and automated measurement by combining with multiple collaborative robots. It is also possible to perform complex measurement work along the preset measurement route simply by clicking the button. ・ Easy -to -operate engineers and operators with different expertise and programming skills can be operated easily. ・ When working on a high load in an unstable environment, it is necessary to calibrate the measuring machine to obtain high -precision measurement results. This station automatically calibrated the sensor after the scanning or when the temperature changes, enabling the measurement without interruption.

■ Robust platform device

AM-DESK is a reliable 3D measurement station for various tasks, both in the lab and factory. Inspections are possible at high speed and automatic inspection, from cast parts, plastic parts to press parts within 100 kg. After the measurement is completed, inspection reports can be created by comparing the actual three -dimensional coordinates and CAD data, greatly improving the work efficiency.

■ Safety guard

・ It is a device that meets the requirements for European CE certification. ・ The platform has an emergency stop button, and the sound and image of the equipment are notified by sound and video. ・ In cooperation with collaborative robots, there is no need for special safety guards because it supports 10 -level collision detection and safety detection sensor.

■ Quick installation

The weight of AM-Desk is 75 kg, lighter than the conventional three-dimensional measuring machine, and the area required for installation is 1 square meter, so it can be accommodated with plenty of room. In addition, since electricity can be supplied within the 110V-220V range, it is possible to easily build an automatic inspection station.

■ 3D software -FlexScan

・ FlexScan, which was developed by Scantech, is a software designed to perform automatic three -dimensional measurements. -This software has multiple communication means to connect to collaborative robots such as KUKA, ABB, AUBO, FANUC, YASKAWA, and can cooperate directly with multiple collaborative robots.
