Used for drilling large diameter holes of φ20 or more. Carbide material is brazed only to the cutting edge part that requires cutting, which reduces the cost of carbide material that is calculated based on gram calculations, allowing us to propose large carbide tools at low cost.
In addition, when boring using a cutting tool or a throw-away holder, it takes time to manufacture and create a program, but carbide brazing tools can be designed freely according to the contour shape, so there is no need for complicated programs. Since the required accuracy can be met in one process, it is possible to reduce lead time in all processes.
■Brazing burnishing drill with oil hole
By making the shank part a steel material (SCM440), it is easier to drill oil holes compared to carbide materials, and oil spout holes can be provided in several locations.
