About This Product
The DLC coating that creates a very hard and smooth membrane achieves a long life of tools, an outstanding dimension accuracy, and a smooth processing peripheral surface.
■ What is DLC (diamond -like carbon)?
It is an imaging (amorphous) composed of the same carbon elements as diamonds and graphite, has the same hardness as ceramics, and has an excellent smoothness of 80 to 100 mm surface roughness. It is ultra -high accuracy, reliable, and meets the needs for long -life tools.
