In the 2 oil ditch provided on the outer periphery of the conventional straight flute type tool, the cutting oil is smoothly shed to the processing point. The oil groove is twisted to the tip of the tool in a twisted side, and the drain is cut off to the processing point without blocking the movement of the cutting oil, so the friction is suppressed and the cutlage is scratched. It does not stick.
As a product, only ALL SLID type is produced with a standard type and two -stage (chamfer). The axis is also a straight shank, but in the near future, multi -stage, taper shank, and TOP SOLID can be produced.
In the conventionally known straight ditch drill, cutting oil is transmitted to a straight groove and pours into the edge of the blade, so it is generally used widely from twisted drills with vine grooves (twist drills). You can already lubricate. However, the drained chips hinder the flow of the cutting oil, so it may not be possible to fully lubricate the cutting blade.
For this reason, the friction received by the cutting blade increased, heated, the sharpness dropped, the cutting speed was reduced, and it was worn and could not withstand long use.
The New Banishing Drill / Lehma can be fully supplied with cutting blades to the cutting blade without hindered scraps with the cut scrap discharge groove and the lubricated groove provided in a different position. Therefore, it is possible to continue cutting cuts without heating by reducing the friction of the cutting blade.
