■Features of FP magnet
This is generally called a plastic magnet (our name: FP magnet). Ferrite magnets, which are widely used, are manufactured using a method similar to that of ceramics (setomono), so they have the disadvantage of being molly resistant to impact. It is also difficult to produce items with large areas, long items, or thin items.
Therefore, FP magnets, which are made by adding flexibility to ferrite magnets with excellent magnetic properties, have been developed with excellent post-processability. A flexible magnet that is hard to break, extremely flexible, and has excellent heat, chemical, and weather resistance. Since cutting and drilling are easy, complex shapes can be formed.
FP magnets are molded by combining magnetic material (BaFe2O3) and special resin. We offer two types: anisotropic M-type FP magnets and isotropic S-type FP magnets.
