■Summary
Fluororubber is the most expensive of all synthetic rubbers, and exhibits excellent performance in heat resistance, oil resistance, compression set at high temperatures, chemical resistance, and solvent resistance. Especially in terms of heat resistance, it is the most durable of all synthetic rubbers and can withstand continuous use at approximately 200℃.
Vinylidene fluoride-based fluororubber (FKM), which is common among fluororubbers, and tetrafluoroethylene-propylene rubber (FEPM), which is resistant to organic acids, ketones, esters, and amine-based chemicals that FKM is not resistant to, and more. We can meet a variety of requests depending on the superior perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) and the application.

・FKM (vinylidene fluoride rubber): There are two types of copolymer and ternary copolymers. The ternary copolymer has better heat resistance, oil resistance, and chemical resistance.
・FEPM (Tetrafluoroethylene-propylene rubber): Shows good chemical resistance and can withstand strong acids and strong alkalis.
・FFKM (Perfluoroelastomer): Shows extremely excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, and solvent resistance.
