About This Product
■ Overview
"SILICOM" is a silicone rubber 3D printer that uses a UV (ultraviolet) hardened liquid laminated model (LAM method) that expands the new possibilities of silicone rubber 3D prints.
■ Stable supply and guarantee system due to domestic production in Japan
We will respond promptly with the support of domestic manufacturers, such as in the event of a machine trouble or procurement of repair parts.
■ Uses a syringe system for material supply
The material supply adopts a syringe system that blocks UV rays. By attaching it to the head, it is easy to replace the hardness change and can be developed freely. The syringe capacity is 10ml, 20ml, 50ml.
■ Realizes the reduction of laminated marks peculiar to 3D prints
Rightened laminated scars peculiar to laminated 3D prints. Slicer software dedicated to silicom, which is developed by proprietary, reduces laminated marks by bridging under optimal conditions. 3D print of higher quality silicone rubber is possible.
■ Improvement of modeling compared to conventional silicone 3D printers
Compared to the conventional silicone 3D printer, it has been changed from a thermal bridge to a UV bridge, enabling bridge time. Conventional products could not start laminated modeling immediately after heating bridges, but the UV crosslinking is not required to cool cooling and can be laminated after the bridge.
In addition, the unique slice software has dramatically improved the modeling laminated speed and molding accuracy compared to the conventional silicone 3D printer. Realizes about 150 % of modeling speeds.

Silicom is equipped with original slice software developed by our company. Original slice software allows you to realize a condition suitable for modeling.
