2060 The NIR-REx is a next generation process spectroscopy measure from Metrohm Process Analytics. Its unique and proven complete design delivers accurate results every 10 seconds. This instrument provides non-destructive analysis of liquids or solids directly in process lines or reaction vessels using fiber optics or contact probes. Designed to connect up to five (5) probes and/or flow cells. All five channels can be configured independently of each other using our uniquely developed multifunctional embedded software.
As part of the 2060 platform, the 2060 The NIR-REx Analyzer enables unique separation of the human interface (HI) and NIR cabinet using fiber optics. This remote configuration allows the two cabinets to be placed in different locations around the factory, depending on customer preferences and area classification.
Additionally, this analyzer is IECEx certified and meets the ATEX EU directive. The instrument is designed with a certified purge/pressurization system along with essential electronics that prevent any potentially explosive fumes or gases from entering the analyzer cover from the surrounding air. Additionally, it is available in three other versions: 2060 The NIR Analyzer, 2060 The NIR-R Analyzer, and 2060 The NIR-Ex Analyzer.
