About This Product

■ Overview

■ Characteristics

・ It is a precision manual scriver that has achieved high accuracy. ・ It is possible to injure the wafer up to 12 inches. ・ You can work without touching or holding down the sample with a vacuum chuck. ・ We have achieved injury with a certain pressure with the power of the spring that does not rely on human power. ・ A cross -sectional observation sample can be easily created with simple operations. ・ Linear scale with a minimum unit of 10 µm was adopted for positioning. -The standard specifications can be observed with 25 times oral glasses. (38x spare glasses or CCD cameras can be installed as optional items.)

CCD camera specifications can be provided instead of a magnifying mirror. Observation is possible with a magnification of 5 to 60 times.
