About This Product

It is an attachment for flattening the polishing board. It can be mounted on a precision polishing device.

■ Characteristics

・ Installed in the precision polishing device (MA-200E, MA-300E and MA-400E), it is possible to grind the abrasive and modify the flatness. ・ In order to cut the rotation of the polishing device body, the surface blur can be removed and high accuracy can be maintained. ・ It is reproducible and is easily installed, and there is no difference in grinding results due to differences in operators. ・ As a product for cast iron boards, we can also provide part -time jobs other than diamonds. Set the byte device into the polishing device and the correction is completed in about 15 minutes. No matter which operator is implemented, it will be corrected to the same finish. Please suck and clean the grinder that appeared at the time of correction with a vacuum cleaner.

■ How to handle

It can be mounted on MA-200E, MA-300E, MA-400E, and can correct the flat surface level. Because of the reproducibility, the same grinding result can be reproduced no matter who operates.
