About This Product

A ring for correcting the flatness of the abrasive plate. You can easily clean the abrasive and correct the flat level.

■ Characteristics

・ Measure the slope of the abrasive plate using a gauge unit for fixing flatness, and correct the flatness of the abrasive plate by referring to the numerical value. ・ Apply OS oil and distilled water, put a diamond baking ring on the abrasive, and cut the abrasive with hand pressure and weight while rotating the abrasive. ・ Use the correction ring when removing dirt (abrasive / polishing waste) up to the previous process remaining on the abrasive. ・ Use the correction ring when the diamond is saturated on the abrasive plate and the polishing speed is significantly slow. ・ Measure the flat degree of the abrasive gauge unit using the correction gauge unit, and modify it to a flat state using a correction ring when large distortion is large.
