About This Product

This device is automatically sprayed every time while the abrasive is automatically stirred. When performing automatic polishing, the work efficiency can be significantly improved.

■ Characteristics

・ Efficient polishing work is realized by automatically spraying the diamond slurry every time. ・ It is possible to rotate the starler and automatically stir the abrasive in the container. ・ Alumina abrasive and distilled water spraying are also possible. ・ You can freely adjust the spray interval and spray time, such as spraying for 1 second every minute. ・ The amount sprayed at one time is about 0.1cc, and it is more economical than spraying a diamond solution on the abrasive. ・ An air source of about 2 atmospheres is required. (We will prepare a compressor as an option.) ・ Even if multiple spray devices are operated, one compressor is possible. ・ The nozzle can be selected from 3 types, 5A, 10A, and 15A.
