About This Product

This is a module that supports the unique function of a woodworking machine (Router). Suitable for unique processing methods required for woodworking, such as tool path and geometry nesting functions, block drill support, and round saw cutting tool path. In addition, it supports Router -specific functions up to the approach setting when the angle head is used and the simultaneous 5 -axis processing using a universal head.

■ Marunoko Tool Pass

Considering this blade thickness of the circle, adjust the correction amount of the knife. In addition, fine adjustment of the protruding amount of the knife to the board can be adjusted with a parameter.

■ Block drill

By setting the drill diameter and the pitch to be placed in the block head in advance, the operation of the tool used is created according to the array of the hole.

■ Complex head

By defining universal heads and angle heads, it also supports complicated 5 -sided processing. The angle head also supports tool tip position correction and two -stage evacuation of horizontal and vertical.

■ Cut tab

Automatically generate tabs to maintain parts. The size and placement of the tab can be set freely by the operator, and the optimal tab arrangement is possible according to the shape. It is also possible to automatically cut off the tab after processing.
