About This Product
This option is exclusively for complex processors equipped with multiple ballets and multiple spindle. The graphical setting screen allows you to significantly reduce the creation time of complex and very time -consuming composite programs, from turning and milling to synchronization.
■ Synchromage
You can easily create synchronous movements by dragging and linking the points you want to synchronize on the synchronous operations tree of the upper blade platform/ lower blade platform on the synchromanager operation tree. In addition, the timeline display can manage mechanical operation such as synchronous information on the upper and lower blades and replacement of the work, and create processed data that takes into account the interference.
■ Simulation
The simulation function allows you to visually verify interference, change, and synchronous operation. It is easy to simulate the complex synchronous processing of the main/ subpindle and upper/ lower knife stand.
