About This Product
The LATHE module offers a wealth of processing programs for NC lathes tailored to various shapes. Programming is possible with simple operations such as rough removal, finishing, groove cutting, screw cutting, middle gesture, drilling. It also supports C -axis processing, and can be programmed for drilling and contour processing from the side and end direction.
■ Dynamic rosage
This is a highly efficient lathe rough processing that incorporates the Prime Turning method. The wearing rate of the tool edge is reduced to keep the tool load constant while calculating the contact angle of the tool for the material being processed. Efficiently cut and process, and automatically calculate the processing order with low air cuts.
■ Gralate cutting processing
One operation can be widely used, such as grooving in multiple areas and corresponding to complex shapes. The cutting pattern of the rough processing can be switched according to various shapes.
■ Screw cutting
This is a tool path that supports the screws inside, outside, and end face. It also supports taper and multi -art screws, and also supports processing that is difficult to create in the dialogue method. The screw shape can be set from JIS and ANSI/ASME standards.
■ 3D tool
It is possible to create a turning tool from the 3D -CAD data provided by the tool manufacturer. Compatible with interference checks in Verify (Verify, simulation with MasterCam standard) and touring settings by importing data from STEP standards.
■ C -axis cross -drill processing
You can create a drill processing from the outer diameter direction. The processing program can also drill holes in the center axis direction of the cylinder, and a hole processing that shifts the axis from the center of the cylinder. The direction of hole processing can be automatically obtained from the CAD data.
■ C -axial concert processing
Compatible with rotation out -of -the -box processing against cylinders. It is possible to program that requires complex rotary axis control, such as the outline processing that wraps the deployed diagram into the cylinder and the turning center processing while synchronizing the C -axis for the wrapped shape.
