About This Product
MILL 3D is compatible with 3 -axis processing to 5 -axis division processing for composite surfaces. There are multiple processing patterns along with the rough finish and finish, so you can select a tool path according to the shape and material. In addition to the functions that can be used in the Design and Mill modules, it has a wide variety of simultaneous three -axis tool paths that can handle more complex free curved surfaces, so we can flexibly handle a wide range of processing.
■ Removal pocket processing
Processed by offset of the outer peripheral outset of the work, zigzag and swirls. Incorporation of ideas such as arc movements in the corner part, such as not applying a load on tools, are included everywhere.
■ optimal rough work (dynamic optimal roughness)
Cutting load is constant high efficiency processing. One cut can make a deep cutting. Cutting load is high -speed roughing with a constant horizontal cutting. With one tool path, you can cut the material in two directions: step-down (-z) and step-up (+Z). This high -efficiency two -way cutting method removes the maximum material with the minimum step -down, greatly reducing the processing time.
■ Area roughing
Cut from the outside, maintain the down cut, and cut it with a pitch.
■ Operating processing
Cut the part left behind in the rough processing process. Compared to the previous process, work model, and STL file, the leftovers are detected and cut.
■ Flowline processing
Create a tool path according to the flow of the surface.
■ Honor high -line processing
Z -axial cutting Inspiece of contemporary high -ray processing, you can automatically detect a gentle surface with a slope, and create an additional processed tool path for the area at the same time.
■ Hybrid
A steep slope and a gentle slope are performed with one operation without a runaway.
■ Blend processing
In order to gradually change the processing route between the two curves, it is possible to reduce the unnecessary cutting operation and cut it according to the shape.
■ Scallop etc.
Generate a tool path on a pitch for the selected curved surface. The surface accuracy can be kept uniform regardless of the characteristics of the shape (such as slow, steep slope, etc.).
■ Remaining processing
Cut the part left behind by the large tool in the previous process with a small -diameter tool.
■ Tool path optimization function
Controls the quality of the finished surface and the quality of the finished surface. The tool pass simplifies and uniforms, smoothes the operation of the machine tool, and compresses the data size of NC data.
