About This Product

Electrification of the hydraulic pressure and air pressure of the actuator. Achieves high performance with a small motor and a unique actuator unit. You can also set the gearing stage freely.

■ Overview

・ Screw -driven method The screw axis is converted from the rotation output of the device to the nut rotation, and the screw axis is moved forward and driven by a straight movement that retreats. The performance of the speed and thrust is set by selecting a motor, a transmission C-1, C-2, and a screw axis lead. ・ Unit operation Switch C-1 and C-2 with the clutch. The front and rear -by -part driving of the screw axis is performed by the motor's straight or reversal operation. ・ Operation overview Drive by C-1 deceleration gear in the clutch OFF. Switched to C-2 deceleration gear while clutch ON. * Switching can be selected arbitrarily, such as clutch, manual, etc. Two deceleration machines are connected to the device, and the movement of the different deceleration ratio is switched and driven. It is assumed that high -speed operation and driving at the tip are performed at a high speed reduction ratio when driving.
