■High performance XPS
K-Alpha+ is equipped with a low-output, high-intensity X-ray monochromator, and the analysis area can be selected from 30 μm to 40 μm in 5 μm steps. The highest level of signal intensity can be obtained by adjusting the analysis area to the desired sample size. By using a highly efficient lens system and multichannel detector, we have achieved unparalleled sensitivity and high throughput.
■Insulator analysis
Insulators and charge neutralization can also be set with a single click, making it easy to analyze just like regular samples. The dual beam neutralization gun, which coaxially irradiates low-speed Ar ions and electrons, makes it easy to measure all kinds of insulators.
■Calibration
In XPS measurements, instrument calibration is critical to ensuring data reliability. By permanently placing a calibration standard sample in the analysis chamber, you can calibrate the device as needed. Using dedicated calibration software, you can always maintain the device in optimal condition.
