About This Product

PolyBLOCK is a device that efficiently and safely controls reaction conditions for organic synthesis. PB4 can measure 4 vessels and PB8 can measure 8 vessels simultaneously. Furthermore, since each vessel can be examined under independent reaction conditions, it can be used as a device for screening and optimizing reaction conditions. Setting of reaction conditions can be controlled by PC.

Polyblocks speed up the investigation of reaction conditions for organic synthesis. PB4 can react in 4 vessels and PB8 in 8 vessels under different conditions at the same time, making it ideal as a device for screening and optimizing reaction conditions. Reaction conditions can be set and controlled for each vessel from a PC. Reactor size for PB4 is 2-500mL, PB8 is 2-120mL. The temperature range is -60 to 225℃, and different settings can be made for each reactor (temperature difference between adjacent reactors is within 100℃). In addition to low-pressure organic synthesis, it is extremely useful for high-pressure reactions, crystallization, and consideration of bio-related conditions. The temperature during reaction, heating rate, and test time are monitored on the screen, and the setting conditions displayed at the same time can be changed even during operation. Intuitive PC operation requires no training, analysis is easy with the included software, can be done with your own Excel, and can be integrated with a calorimeter.
