Altaflow, born from OptimFlow's know -how, is a device that automatically switches the reagent, changes flow speed, adjusts the temperature of the reactor, and can automate conditions.

If you set the reagent and start operating the synthesis software, you can automatically perform the necessary processing, time adjustment, and cleaning.

■ Flow of synthesis
Select one type from three types of samples (reagents) for each line and synthesize with a reactor. It is also possible to change Solvent to a sample.
■ Excellent functions
･ Two types of detailed experiments can be selected for "Flow Rate" or "Reside Time"
Synthetic conditions can be set according to the application.
･ By setting of Limit, "warning" or "stop" can be set when an abnormal value is detected.
It is possible to set whether the "warning" or "stop" is displayed on the screen when an abnormality is detected, so you can avoid dangerous reactions by stopping immediately.
･ Detailed graphs can be recorded and displayed on software
Record various numerical values (liquid crystal, back pressure, flow velocity, etc.) during synthesis. It is also possible to select display of each function, narrow down the group, and browse and switch the past graphs before and after.
■ Display of FC Plate
From the automatic synthesis screen, the collect position of the synthetic word can be checked with colored. Since the color is switched for each experiment, the collect position is not lost even if it is synthesized continuously.
■ Other connection devices
The control software is equipped with a temperature control device setting as standard, so it is possible to connect to a tube heater (option).
