About This Product

MULTI INTELLIGENCEⓇ (hereinafter referred to as MI) is an IoT device that can monitor temperature, vibration, and force during machining processes such as cutting and friction stir welding (hereinafter referred to as FSW) in real time. MI has a built-in temperature sensor in the cutting tool/FSW tool, an acceleration sensor, and a force sensor wireless transmitter/receiver inside the holder, so it is possible to wirelessly measure the temperature, vibration, force, etc. of the tool tip/probe tip. It's possible. We provide support in a wide range of areas, including abnormality detection and sign detection in cutting and FSW, tool life determination, and selection of optimal machining conditions. MI is available for sale and rental. We also offer contract testing services using MI. Please take advantage of it. Frequency analysis is possible by high-speed sampling of acceleration data. High-speed acceleration data collection allows you to read the true waveform and select the optimal machining conditions to prevent chatter that occurs during machining. By realizing a high-speed sampling rate, it is possible to monitor the acceleration of each blade during machining even during high-speed rotation.
