About This Product

This is an electromagnetic flowmeter that can measure a wide range of flow rates from non-full to full water conditions. By mutual agreement between local government entities and consumers, it can be used for purposes such as weight reduction certification and calculation of total wastewater volume under total volume regulations.

■Compliant with Japanese Industrial Standard JIS B 7557:2019

■Three features

■Optimization of processing capacity of gray water utilization system

By understanding the inflow of rainwater and wastewater, we can monitor reclaimed water treatment capacity and detect signs of overcapacity, contributing to the SDGs through efficient use of water resources.

■Reducing sewerage charges through “reduction certification”

"Reduction Certification" is a system in which the amount of water actually flowing into the sewer is measured and the sewerage fee is paid for the amount that actually flows into the sewer, based on a mutual agreement between local governments, business entities, and consumers.

■Calculation of “total volume control standards”

By understanding the amount of factory wastewater, it is possible to calculate the amount of sludge load, which is required to be reported under the Water Pollution Control Act's "Total Volume Control Standards."

■Measurement principle

This product uses Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction to generate a magnetic field in the flow path of the main body and detect an electromotive force (voltage) proportional to the flow velocity of the conductive fluid.
