Equipped with DSP (Digital Signal Processor) and unique signal calculation to achieve stable measurements
Ultrasonic waves are used to measure the fluid flow velocity and calculate the flow rate from the flow velocity. Sensors are installed upstream and downstream of the flow, and the flow velocity is determined from the difference in ultrasonic propagation time when emitted from each sensor in the forward and reverse directions, and converted to flow rate.
・Since there are no structures inside the piping, flow rate measurement is possible under conditions with minimal pressure loss.
・Can measure a wide range from low flow velocity to high flow velocity.

■Two detectors of different sizes can be connected with one converter
Up to two detectors can be connected to one converter, making it space-saving and cost-effective for devices that measure flow rates at multiple locations. In addition to measuring the flow rate of different fluids, you can also connect detectors of different sizes.
■The display section uses VFD display.
The display uses a VFD (fluorescent display tube) for excellent visibility. [HLF820 only]
■Supports flow rate measurement of high temperature chemical liquids
Compatible with recent diversification of chemical solutions and fluid temperatures. All wetted parts use NEW PFA and have excellent chemical resistance. Additionally, thanks to the in-house developed vibrator, the detector can handle fluid temperatures up to 200℃. (K type)
*04 type can be heated up to 180℃.
■Uses a detachable cable. Easy wiring work
The wiring cable from the detection unit is removable, so wiring can be done smoothly after installation to the device. In addition, the cable length can be selected from 5m and 7m.
■Remote monitoring via PC is possible via RS-485 communication
Equipped with RS-485 communication as standard. By using the management software (HLF800 Monitor), you can set parameters and read measurement data on a PC, allowing remote flow monitoring.
