About This Product
■Structure
・Standard product uses JIS10K flange. Flanges of various standards such as JIS5, JIS20, water supply, JPI, and ANSI are also available.
- In addition to the standard materials SS400 and SUS304, flange materials such as SUS316, SUS316L, and S25C are also available.
・The standard SS400 flange is hot-dip galvanized (Zn plating) for above ground use. ・Black epoxy resin coating is standard for underground use. Separately painted products are also available.
■Features
・High pressure resistance The main body is reinforced with strong synthetic fibers and steel wire.
・Large eccentricity The internal arch structure is effective in absorbing uneven settlement that occurs when connecting pipes between buildings with different foundations. Since the face-to-face dimensions are short, the degree of design freedom is also increased.

■Standard specifications
Please use the one with a control unit (tie rod bolt type) to restrict the axial thrust generated by internal pressure and prevent excessive displacement. Also, please use the one with a control unit (set bolt type) to adjust the face-to-face dimension during installation.
■Precautions for handling
This product generates reaction force due to internal pressure load. Fixing points, supports, etc. are required for installation piping, etc.
