About This Product

Using the P-B bonding method, which combines plating and brazing, we are now able to provide products that are much cheaper and more reliable than conventional diffusion bonding methods. In addition to 8 types of standard products, custom-made masks are available, although there will be a charge. Partial lamination is also possible. We have also started the lineup of the Super series, which has twice the cooling performance in the same area.
