About This Product

■Hollow design simplifies piping and wiring at the tip of the device

This actuator uses a 5-phase stepping motor with a hollow flange. By passing air piping, wiring, and light beams through the hollow part, it contributes to simplifying the design of the device tip and making it smaller and lighter.

■Flange mounting contributes to the reduction of parts around moving parts

A hollow flange can be directly attached to a load. Contributes to reducing the number of parts around moving parts. The time required for equipment design and component selection is shortened as parts that previously had to be prepared by hand are no longer required. Furthermore, the time required for assembly and adjustment of installation accuracy can be reduced, contributing to increased production efficiency for customers.

■Achieves high-precision positioning

Equipped with a 5-phase stepping motor, it can perform highly accurate positioning and repeat fine movements stably. In combination with a CVD driver, microstep drive and smooth drive functions enable smooth operation with suppressed low-speed vibrations. In addition, since hollow flanges do not use transmission mechanisms such as couplings or belts, accuracy is not affected by parts rigidity or assembly errors.
