About This Product

■Summary

■Newly developed ABZO sensor

A small, battery-less mechanical absolute sensor. Contributes to improving productivity and reducing costs. Both the motor and driver are reasonably priced.

■Mechanical sensor

The ABZO sensor is equipped with multiple gears and detects position information by recognizing the angle of each gear. Therefore, no battery is required.

■Multi-rotation absolute sensor

Absolute position of ±900 rotations (1,800 rotations) of the motor shaft can be detected from the reference origin. *Mounting angle dimensions of 20mm and 28mm (30mm) are ±450 rotations (900 rotations).

■No external sensor required

Since it is an absolute system, external sensors such as origin sensor and limit sensor are not required.

■High-speed return to origin + improved accuracy of return to origin

Return to origin can be performed without an origin sensor or limit sensor. Achieves high-speed return to origin without worrying about sensor sensitivity, shortening machine cycles. At the same time, variations in the origin position due to sensor sensitivity will not occur. The accuracy of the origin can be improved.

■Cost reduction

There are no costs associated with external sensors or wiring. Reduce the cost of the entire system.

■Improved degree of freedom in equipment design

The space required for external sensor installation and wiring can be saved. Improves the degree of freedom in device design.

■Not affected by external sensor malfunction

External sensor malfunctions, failures, and disconnections that can occur in environments where metal chips fly around or oil mist fly around during metal processing will not occur.
